By using brandzastore.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Brandza is an online retailer of ladies bags, delivering across Pakistan.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Product availability and prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or pricing errors, with a prompt refund of any amount already paid.

We accept cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer, and Easypaisa. An order is confirmed once successfully placed on our website.

Shipping

Shipping is Rs. 300 for 1–2 items, Rs. 450 for 3–5 items, and Rs. 600 for 6–8 items. For more than 8 items, we'll confirm shipping after contacting you. The charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Shipping charges are added at checkout. Cash on delivery pays the full total when your parcel arrives — no advance payment. Online payment (bank, Easypaisa, Sadapay) gives you 10% off.

Bank Transfer and Easypaisa orders require a payment screenshot at checkout for the full order total.

For more than 8 items, shipping is not added here. We'll contact you with the shipping charges based on your quantity. The total shown is for products only.

Delivery

We deliver to Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala & every city nationwide and cities nationwide. Delivery times are estimates typically 3 to 5 business days for major cities and 5 to 8 business days elsewhere. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation.

No Returns & One-Time Exchange

Brandza does not accept returns or refunds on purchased items. Unused items in original condition with tags attached may be exchanged once within 7 to 10 days of delivery. After one exchange, the item cannot be exchanged or returned.

To request the one allowed exchange, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 315 0106373 within 7 to 10 days of delivery with your order number. Purchased goods cannot be returned.
